Camel Extreme Weather Liner
Camel is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of tent products for the US government and military, and the company uses only the highest-quality materials that withstand tests of durability to match conditions in the field. For their Extreme Weather Liner, they chose Climashield® PROTECT-FR insulation. This flame retardant solution is utilized to minimize energy requirements for military-grade tents and relief-effort shelters, providing protection against extreme temperatures and momentary exposure to flames.
EXTREME COLD WEATHER BAG
The ECW bag is a single sleeping bag designed to be used in conjunction with the existing 3 Season (3S) bag or used on its own. When coupled with the proper layers, the ECW can be used in -25°C temperatures and it’s built to maintain this rating even with repeated washing and drying.
This bag is issued to the U.S. Armed Forces and firefighters, using Climashield® COMBAT to accomplish a superior warmth-to-weight ratio.
Poncho Liner
The multi-purpose Poncho Liner, held in high regard by the Army and Marines, can be used as a blanket, pillow, privacy screen or lightweight sleeping bag to provide warmth in mild temperatures – it’s light and packable, yet reasonably warm. For Climashield®, the intent was to improve warmth at a given weight, achieving approximately 15% more warmth at the same weight.
